The short answer
This is an independent planning website using linked public information and transparent rules. Official policy, supplier statements and editorial planning suggestions are different evidence types. We have not claimed field-tested mobile networks, certified properties or guaranteed bookings. Check dates and use the relevant provider for formal action.
Read a source correctly
- Publication date is when the source was issued; checked date is when we reviewed it. A new site build does not renew an old policy or price.
- Official sources establish the published rule, not individual permission. Supplier pages establish what a provider advertises, not what our team has tested.
- Search extracts or a blocked full page are explicitly identified in the source record. We narrow the claim to the available evidence and keep unknown details visible.
- Rules about schedules, prices and reception can change quickly. Reopen the current official/provider detail before the formal action.
Trip records and sensitive information
The shared planner keeps a local browser record and offers a readable export without requiring an account. Local storage is tied to this browser and site origin; clearing data, private browsing or changing device may remove it. A downloaded file is a separate copy that you control.
- Do not enter passport images/numbers, card details, bank passwords or recovery codes in planning or correction fields. The arrival-card exercise uses fictional identity examples.
- An address you choose to put in an export remains personal material in that file. Share it only with the intended people and remove it before sharing a general example.
- Optional measurement, when configured, must use limited task-event fields rather than names, detailed addresses or free text. Hosting and external linked services have their own data processing; the site’s actual privacy notice states what is enabled.
What we have updated
4 October 2026: expanded the preparation content into communication comparison, network checks, arrival-card preparation, payment, rail/apps, accommodation, regional/month planning and shared offline records. Rechecked linked NIA, manufacturer, provider and public regional sources; record scope and access limitations remain visible. These are editorial and implementation updates, not proof of traveller adoption or successful journeys.
A useful correction
- Keep the page URL, the exact claim, what appears wrong, an official or provider source and its date. Remove identity documents, card information, private contact details and personal itinerary before sharing.
- Use the source links to resolve urgent formal questions directly. A correction note is a content-feedback artefact; it is not an emergency message, booking request or guaranteed response channel.
- The current site does not take real accommodation, driver or guide orders. Later local arrangements will require verified scope and asynchronous partner confirmation; submitting a future request will not itself mean a booking.
Common questions
Are you an official immigration or railway website?
No. We are an independent planning aid. Official submissions and bookings take place in the linked official/provider systems.
Does a checked date mean every detail was personally tested?
No. The source type and scope state whether it was public policy, a supplier statement or an editorial inference. No field test is implied by a page review.
Sources and scope
Public sources are not field verification, an individual eligibility ruling, a network test or confirmation of arrangements.
